Help Ukraine walk again

Imagine the devastation of a single step on a mine changing your life forever. Since the war began, an estimated 50,000 individuals in Ukraine have had an amputation. War victims in Ukraine do not necessarily have access to sufficient therapy.

Ceriter is raising funds to help war victims walk again.

How we continue to help Ukrainian victims

As the war in Ukraine continues, countless soldiers and civilians face life-altering injuries. Ceriter Stride One helps amputees and those with severe gait disorders walk again through advanced gait therapy, and reduces the stress on the healthcare workers.

Stride One is medically certified. It facilitates lining out prostheses and provides real-time cueing therapy. This enables smoother and more efficient functioning of prostheses, allowing patients to regain their mobility with less effort and return to their daily lives.

We are raising 80.000 euro to deliver a minimum of 20 devices to hospitals in Ukraine by the end of this year. Ukrainian medical specialist Ihor Vitenko will help distribute these devices, with the first delivery already at the National Medical University in Ternopil. The funding will be used to deliver these devices at cost, with full transparency, as certified by an accountant. Look how far we are in reaching our goal here.

Now is the time to act. Your contribution will make a real difference. Please donate, share this campaign, and be part of something truly transformative. Every contribution will bring life-changing devices to hospitals, helping hundreds of patients regain control of their lives.

Why are we doing this?

We do this because Stride One can really make a difference for people in Ukraine.

In September 2024, our founder Piet was invited to join Mission Ihor Vitenko to Ternopil, Ukraine. This mission, organized by Ihor, a Ukrainian living in Belgium, delivered vehicles (including its 100th ambulance!) and medical supplies to war affected hospitals.

During the mission, the hospital of the Ternopil National Medical University have tested Stride One, their response has been overwhelmingly positive.
