Entrepreneurial Project Manager (Marketing & Operations)
Ceriter is a Belgian-Dutch tech start-up. With our smart insoles and gait platform, we enable people to walk better. We are a founding team of three motivated entrepreneurs. Our ambition is to become the new standard in gait therapy. We want to create a better life for hundreds of thousands of patients, and have fun doing this.
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join us as our first full-time employee. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with flexible role description and freedom where, when and how to work. The position will be based in Maastricht.
Your role
- Operations management: manage hardware supply and logistics, including following up on suppliers, testing new hardware, organizing deliveries…
- Marketing & sales: provide operational support in marketing (e.g. social media or website), content development, sales follow-up…
- Customer service: address questions from customers (rehab centers), provide training, work with the engineering team to ensure customers are and remain happy…
- Product management: collect and interpret customer feedback and translate into future product improvements…
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, project management, business administration, rehabilitation, physical therapy, or a related field
- Relevant working experience in marketing, project management, operations or other field relevant for this position
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Plus: experience in software or hardware start-up
- Plus: experience or background in rehabilitation or physical therapy
- Plus: knowledge of another (European) language
